Comprehensive Training
Full operator, maintenance and technician training can be provided for all Ovec Systems products. This can be supplemented by training on Helium leak detection, vacuum systems etc. On-site training is generally recommended in the form of classroom theory followed by invaluable hands-on teaching in the working environment.

Preventative Maintenance and Callout Service
Every company is different in its approach to the maintenance of equipment. Every effort is taken to ensure that our customers get the service they want. This can range from monthly preventative maintenance visits to a one-off call out for a repair.
As well as providing comprehensive maintenance packages for our own equipment, Ovec also maintain manual leak detection equipment from other OEMs in a range of industries, such as defence, aerospace, high technology etc.
Calibration
Ovec can provide a calibration service for reference leaks down to 1x10-12 cc/sec. The standard turnaround on calibration in our laboratory is 48 hours. All calibrations have certification traceable to internationally recognised standards.
Vacuum Pump Repair and Refurbishment
Ovec has an in-house facility for refurbishment and/or repair of vacuum pumps, including, if required, full strip down, clean, rebuild and test.

System Refurbishments
With vast knowledge and expertise within the vacuum industry, Ovec has refurbished many Leak detectors from other OEMs, such as Alcatel, Edwards, Veeco, Pfeiffer etc., to "as new" standard, extending the useable life of equipment at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
